We are Applegate Insulation, a company dedicated to delivering high-performance insulation products that help contractors and distributors improve building efficiency and meet evolving energy standards. We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis and expand our reach across assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual business plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed territory sales goals while expanding the customer base through new regions and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing sales training, product knowledge, market insights, and ongoing support that helps customers grow their own businesses.
- Accurately track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system (INFOR) and use competitor intelligence to create winning presentations that capture new business.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and growing market share.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically INFOR, along with strong skills in lead generation, business planning, market analysis, and customer service.
- Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to integrity, collaboration, and creative problem-solving when working with insulation contractors, distributors, and industry partners.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more and attend sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
