Key outcomes

• Take the lead in actively acquiring new customers for our transLogix platform to drive our overall sales success.
• Manage the lead qualification process and coordinate sales calls via telephone.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong and lasting professional relationships.
• Identify emerging market trends and client needs to translate them into tangible business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally with a background in the SaaS sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A proactive, high-energy mindset and the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of market intuition and the ability to convert opportunities into successful deals.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of 24,000 EUR to 60,000 EUR. In addition to your base pay, you will benefit from a performance-based commission structure that allows you to directly influence your total earnings. Our team members also enjoy several perks, including:
