About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position. This role is perfect for those interested in sales and strategic consulting, even if you have no prior experience in the industry. You will be responsible for managing relationships with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and providing expert security advice. We provide a comprehensive onboarding phase lasting two to four months to ensure you are fully prepared for your new responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential new customers via telephone.
- Conduct initial consultations to perform detailed needs analysis for our clients.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing contacts within our internal system.
Requirements
- A completed professional education or vocational training.
- The ability to follow established company processes and structures.
- A quick grasp of new concepts combined with high personal discipline.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of precision in your work.
- The ability to perform well under pressure.
- A pleasant, clear, and professional speaking voice.
- Excellent written command of the German language.
