As we scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is a unique chance to work directly with our founder and contribute to our expansion while helping customers find the relief they need.
Key outcomes
- Drive company revenue by actively engaging with potential customers who are seeking assistance with loan relief.
- Manage communication through phone, text, and email to connect with inbound leads.
- Utilize active listening and open-ended questioning to understand customer needs and present our services as the ideal solution.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that establishes our brand as the premier choice in the industry.
- Collaborate effectively within our remote operations team to meet performance goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience within a call center environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with a preference for near-native fluency.
- Access to your own reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and a high-speed internet connection with a reliable backup.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as required by our operations.
