Key outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for our existing client base, managing communications via phone, email, chat, and video calls.
- Provide comprehensive service and consultation to build long-term partnerships and effectively address customer needs.
- Listen actively to clients, ask insightful questions, and develop tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with both new and existing customers to establish and maintain genuine, lasting professional connections.
- Collaborate closely with our field sales team to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.
Requirements
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience in sales that demonstrates your ability to excel in client communication.
- A genuine passion for sales and interacting with people.
- Strong negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a positive demeanor that translates well over the phone.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software.
- A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in English.
