With a global community and thousands of teams relying on our technology, we are now looking for a senior Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a vital role in our commercial expansion, helping us connect with technical teams who need the visibility our product provides.
Key outcomes
- Manage your entire sales pipeline, taking leads from initial qualification through to final closing.
- Build meaningful connections with technical decision-makers, including DevOps engineers, SREs, and CTOs.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that highlight the specific value of our platform for each prospect.
- Work alongside our marketing team to refine inbound lead strategies and execute outbound campaigns.
- Act as a bridge to our product team by sharing valuable feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with our partners and clients to ensure long-term success.
- Consistently achieve or exceed your assigned revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical sales or B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven success in selling solutions directly to engineering-focused teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
- The ability to thrive in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
- A self-motivated and highly organized approach to managing your daily responsibilities.
- Fluency in English.
- A strong understanding of monitoring, observability, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps tooling.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working with open-source business models.
- A professional background in engineering, SRE, or DevOps practices.
- Experience managing sales cycles for mid-market or enterprise-level organizations.
- Practical knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
