What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Austria on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, offering you the chance to balance your time between our modern headquarters and the comfort of your own space. What will you do?
- You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with our existing clients.
- You will conduct detailed needs assessments over the phone to understand exactly what our potential customers are looking for.
- You will manage the entire sales process, from creating tailored proposals to documenting every interaction in our CRM system.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in German. We value a structured and organized approach to work, paired with a strong ability to close deals. You should be a natural communicator who enjoys presenting creative solutions and negotiating effectively. While a background in business or a commercial education is helpful, we are also very happy to consider motivated career changers who have a passion for our products.
