What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team in Austria on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, offering you the chance to balance your time between our modern headquarters and the comfort of your own space. What will you do?

• You will actively identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with our existing clients.
• You will conduct detailed needs assessments over the phone to understand exactly what our potential customers are looking for.
• You will manage the entire sales process, from creating tailored proposals to documenting every interaction in our CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in German. We value a structured and organized approach to work, paired with a strong ability to close deals. You should be a natural communicator who enjoys presenting creative solutions and negotiating effectively.
