Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere you do your best work. You will be a key player in our Revenue Operations department, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for high-growth performance.

Your impact

• Lead the optimization of our Salesforce environment to streamline sales processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and maximize system functionality.
• Maintain high standards for data integrity by troubleshooting our technology stack, managing campaign lists, and providing actionable insights through reporting and forecasting.
• Drive team productivity by developing training programs and acting as a subject matter expert to ensure our sales representatives are fully proficient in our tech stack.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in Sales Operations with a deep focus on Salesforce administration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the analytical mindset required to navigate a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and act as a liaison for our sales technology.
• Fluency in English and proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
