We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Go-To-Market Operations team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Mexico, and you will work closely with our Emerging Markets team, with hours that align with U.S. time zones.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance sales effectiveness by coordinating cross-functional process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and workflows across the team.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to provide GTM leadership with actionable insights regarding funnel performance and business health.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role within a high-growth technology company.
- Expertise in Salesforce and a deep understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, track, and maintain complex reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as all applications and internal documentation must be in English.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage organizational change.
