We specialize in creating high-quality products for major entertainment licenses and media properties, and we need someone with the vision to take our retail partnerships to the next level.
Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in London on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position where you will be expected to work from our office four days a week, from Monday through Thursday. You will play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving sustainable revenue growth across all our distribution channels.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of negotiating and securing sales across all distribution channels to meet our growth targets.
- Manage the P&L for your categories, which includes handling all budgeting and forecasting requirements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by conducting high-impact sales presentations and representing us at major industry trade shows.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in strategic planning and business strategy. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in English and possess the following skills:
- Proven ability in negotiation and maintaining long-term retail buyer relationships.
- Experience with forecasting and managing annual budgets.
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset for identifying new business opportunities outside of traditional toy categories.
- The ability to communicate effectively through written, visual, and interactive formats.
