This role is about realising the huge potential we see for our products through B2B and Corporate sales. The tasks for A Good Company
Overall this is a sales role, focused on growing our business through B2B channels across several key countries. The reality of a small team means that work will be both tactical and strategic, ranging from price quotations to the development of long term channel strategies.
- B2B Outbound selling
Identify the most relevant customer targets to target with agood company range of sustainable product solutions proactively.

Corporate customers
- Nurture existing customer base to increase sales through purchase breadth and frequency.
- Corporate Gifting Resellers - Identify and onboard 3rd party resellers to help expand our business, especially in countries where we do not currently have a sales or marketing presence.
- CRM - Manage contact database and ensure key team members have visibility of the sales pipeline.
- Range Development - through customer feedback, input into the product assortment necessary to fulfil market demand.
- Forecast and Planning - working with Finance and Operations, build product level forecasts based on estimated channel demand, mindful of both leadtime and cash conversion.
Geographic Coverage - Nordics, UK with expansion into Germany.
