We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. At agood company, we are a passionate group dedicated to sustainable product solutions. Our team is truly international, with members working from nine different countries and serving customers in over 80 nations. We are seeking someone who can help us realize the massive potential of our products through B2B and corporate sales channels across the Nordics, the UK, and eventually Germany.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of proactive B2B outbound selling by identifying and engaging key targets, including B Corps, universities, hospitality businesses, and corporate clients.
- Manage and nurture our existing customer base to drive growth, while also identifying and onboarding third-party resellers to expand our reach in new markets.
- Oversee our CRM database to maintain pipeline visibility and collaborate with our finance and operations teams to build accurate product-level forecasts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong background in B2B sales and strategy. We are looking for someone who is comfortable balancing tactical daily tasks with long-term planning. You must be proficient in CRM management and sales forecasting to ensure our operations run smoothly. Fluency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in a remote environment where communication and self-motivation are essential. Your ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for our product assortment will be a significant asset to our growth.
