At Trexo Robotics we build powered wearable robots that restore mobility for people who need it most. Our first device helps children with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy take their first independent steps, and it is already in use by hundreds of families and leading hospitals across North America. We are now bringing this technology to the United Kingdom and are looking for people who want to help us expand access to life-changing mobility solutions.

The role

We are hiring a Sales Manager on a full-time, senior-level basis. The position is fully remote within the United Kingdom and will involve travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, and events. You will lead our direct-to-family sales efforts as we establish a presence in this new market.

Core responsibilities

  • Guide families through the complete sales cycle, from first inquiry to purchase, while explaining how our technology meets their child’s mobility needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinics, therapists, and professional partners so they can confidently refer families to Trexo.
  • Help families and their advisors navigate UK funding routes, including medico-legal cases, charity applications, and personal budgets, ensuring every step of the process is clear and supported.

Skills and experience

You bring at least five years of direct sales experience, ideally in medical devices, rehabilitation technology, or other high-value consumer products. You are comfortable managing a structured pipeline in Salesforce or a comparable CRM, setting and exceeding revenue targets, and working in a fast-paced startup setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as is the ability to build trust with families making important care decisions. Willingness to travel up to 50 percent within the United Kingdom is required. Experience with UK funding pathways or medico-legal stakeholders is an advantage but not mandatory.
