We are Peddler, and we are working to make urban environments more sustainable through our smart, efficient last-mile delivery network. By utilizing a 100% electric fleet, we provide same-day delivery services for everything from local shops to major global retail brands. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be a vital part of our mission to transform urban logistics into a fully sustainable system while helping us expand our reach across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to managing a healthy pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our partners to grow the Peddler community.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans that focus on hitting growth targets, upselling platform features, and helping our retail partners succeed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the retail, e-commerce, or logistics sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and present our value proposition effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, ambitious mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
  • A background in the logistics industry is considered a significant advantage.
