This is a hybrid position that offers the chance to shape the strategy of a high-priority growth channel while working at the cutting edge of the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our channel sales strategy, including managing the team, setting performance goals, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure we hit our targets.
- Spend time in the field to support your team in creating and managing vital installer partnerships, while personally leading key sales presentations and closing important deals.
- Collaborate across the business with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop and expand our offerings for battery and electric vehicle technology.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
- A proven track record in people management, with the ability to motivate a team and take ownership of revenue goals.
- Experience building a sales motion from the ground up and scaling it for repeatability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles ambiguity with ease.
Location
This role is based in Australia. While we have a central hub in the Melbourne CBD and prefer candidates based there, we are open to considering the right candidate located anywhere across the country.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a supportive and flexible work environment designed to help you succeed both professionally and personally. Our benefits include:
- Flexible working hours with the option for regular work from home arrangements.
- Equity compensation to give you a stake in our future.
- An annual learning budget to support your professional development.
- Access to an employee assistance program for mental health support.
- A commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
