At 4ALLPORTAL GmbH, we specialize in providing sophisticated software solutions for digital asset management. We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales department to craft effective distribution strategies, manage accurate forecasting, and guide prospective clients through their journey to becoming long-term partners.

Key outcomes

  • Proactively engage potential new clients by leveraging high-quality leads provided by our marketing team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and manage the entire sales cycle, starting from initial needs analysis through to final contract signing.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all sales activities within our CRM system and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our internal sales processes.
  • Prepare professional proposals, manage your own sales pipeline, and ensure successful deal closures through consistent follow-up.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and trade shows to cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
  • Collaborate across departments, including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success, to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Analyze specific customer requirements to develop tailored and persuasive solution concepts.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS, digital asset management, or product information management sectors.
  • A structured and self-reliant approach to work, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Proven experience using CRM systems to track and document sales progress.
  • A genuine passion for digital technology and an interest in complex, solution-oriented software.
  • Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken, and a solid command of English for international business interactions.

Preferred qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of software solution selling and modern sales methodologies.
