We are Polaroid, a company with a rich history dating back to 1937 when Edwin Land founded us with a vision to tackle projects that seemed nearly impossible. While we have evolved significantly since the days of our original factories, we remain a tight-knit, passionate team dedicated to changing the world through iconic products. We are currently looking for someone to join our mission and help us grow our presence in Southern Europe.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a vital leadership position where you will oversee our operations across Italy, Portugal, and Spain. You will be responsible for managing our entire distribution network, ensuring our brand reaches the right retailers and makes a lasting impact at the point of sale.
What will you do?
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to broaden our brand reach within key accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing client relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiating product assortments, promotional activities, and in-store visibility to ensure our products stand out.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Account Management or Territory Sales, specifically within the Iberian market. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably within consumer electronics. You should be comfortable managing major national accounts at the head-office level and possess the business acumen to analyze market trends effectively.
Because you will be working across multiple regions, you must be fluent in Spanish and have a high level of proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian is considered a plus. You should be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently, as you will be responsible for your own schedule and travel. Please note that this role requires you to be based in either Madrid or Barcelona, with regular travel to client sites.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means becoming part of a legendary brand that values innovation and the spirit of discovery. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our growth in Southern Europe while working with a dedicated group of people who are passionate about what they do.
