We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our established team of Product Specialists in the Swedish orthopedic market. You will drive commercial growth, coach the team to meet targets, and spend significant time in the field alongside customers and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team toward defined goals.
- Drive revenue growth through existing accounts and new customer relationships.
- Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Maintain high customer activity and field presence, including operating-room support.
- Oversee tender processes and public procurement in collaboration with internal departments.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers, decision-makers, and procurement organizations.
- Contribute to strategy, business planning, and overall commercial development.
Must-haves
- Several years of sales experience combined with proven team-leadership responsibility.
- Documented success in delivering growth and measurable results.
- Hands-on experience selling into Swedish healthcare within orthopedics, spine, sports medicine, or advanced surgical fields.
- Comfort working directly in operating-room environments.
- Strong understanding of public procurement and tender processes.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational involvement.
- Fluency in Swedish.
