What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end-to-end sales process for residential solar installations by meeting with customers in person, while also utilizing online sales channels.
- You will leverage our high-quality, pre-qualified leads to identify customer needs and close deals, all while utilizing our established sales flow to showcase your unique personality.
- You will act as our local expert in the Swiss market, providing proactive feedback to our management team and consistently tracking your performance against key targets.
What you'll bring
- You possess professional experience in sales, account management, or customer service and have a natural talent for negotiation.
- You are a driven individual with a strong focus on closing deals, a curiosity for technical topics, and the ability to quickly master new information.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English to collaborate effectively with our international team.
What you'll get
We offer a fixed annual salary of 60000 plus attractive commissions for this full-time position. In addition to your compensation, you will receive the following:
