We are currently looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our team in Denmark and help us shape the future of our Fashion and Lifestyle segment.
The opportunity
This is a newly created, senior-level role that offers a rare mix of autonomy and impact. You will report directly to our Head of Sales in Denmark and become a vital member of our local team of five dedicated colleagues. Your mission is to expand our footprint within the Fashion and Lifestyle sector, leveraging the strong market position we have already established in Sweden and Finland. You will be the primary point of contact for your segment, collaborating closely with your Nordic colleagues to share insights and refine our regional strategy.
A day in the life
- You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with our existing client base to ensure long-term success.
- You will lead the entire sales process, which includes conducting client meetings, managing contract negotiations, and hosting engaging customer events.
- You will work across borders with our internal departments, including Sales Support, R&D, and Supply Chain, to deliver tailored solutions that keep our customers ahead of the curve.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales within the retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries. You possess a sharp eye for market trends and understand the evolving needs of the retail environment. Because we operate as a unified Nordic team, you have experience working across borders and thrive in collaborative settings. You are fluent in both Danish and English, and you pride yourself on being a structured, self-motivated, and trustworthy partner to your clients. You are comfortable in an on-site, field-based role that requires travel and independent planning.
