We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our lean North American team at Auditdata. In this role, you will drive revenue growth for our comprehensive range of audiometry and hearing aid fitting solutions by working directly with clinics, retailers, and distributors across the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead field-based sales efforts, including conducting product demonstrations, training partner sales teams, and joining customer calls to support deal closures.
- Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue and unit growth through both new business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts within Salesforce to track performance and market progress.
- Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams based at our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen.
- Represent the company at industry trade events and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Operate with high autonomy to execute strategies within our small, collaborative North American group.
Must-haves
- Extensive, hands-on experience within the audiometry, diagnostic audiology, or hearing care equipment market.
- At least 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or MedTech solutions sales.
- Strong proficiency in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage a metrics-driven territory.
- A scrappy and autonomous mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you prioritize impact and results.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the US and Canada, with occasional trips to our international headquarters.
- Full professional fluency in English.
