What you'll be doing
- You will handle the full cycle of invoicing, which includes producing and processing documents accurately.
- You will manage client records by setting up new accounts and ensuring all data remains current.
- You will oversee financial accuracy through banking, reconciliation, and the management of VAT receipts.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in a similar financial capacity. We prefer candidates who hold an AAT qualification or are currently working toward obtaining one. Since you will be communicating with clients and internal team members, a strong command of the English language is essential. You should also be comfortable using specialized technology to manage invoicing and bank reconciliation tasks effectively. We value candidates who are proactive, reliable, and ready to assist with purchase ledger duties when the need arises.
What you'll get
We offer a stable, full-time position located on-site in Abbots Bromley. Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, though we do offer some flexible working arrangements if your situation requires it.
