About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales agents who help prospective members find the right insurance coverage for their unique needs. You will play a vital role in our growth by fostering a high-energy environment and ensuring our team consistently provides excellent service through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and text.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of sales agents to meet and exceed growth and profitability targets.
- Coach and develop team members through individualized mentorship, helping them refine their skills and build confidence in their sales approach.
- Drive innovation by collaborating on sales strategies and implementing best practices that improve both team performance and the overall member experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience leading teams within an agency or contact center setting.
- A strong background in personal lines insurance with deep knowledge of various carriers, products, and state guidelines.
- Proven ability to solve problems with agility and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A track record of delivering top-tier sales results while maintaining a focus on team development and member impact.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
Location
This is a remote position. While we have a preference for candidates based in Ohio, we are open to applicants residing in AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MO, NV, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and WI.
