We are PolyTALENT, a specialist in digital recruiting for the plastics industry. We are currently helping a reputable plastics trading company based in Kaarst find a dedicated professional to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing the full lifecycle of high-quality plastic compounds, acting as the primary link between our suppliers, our customers, and our internal teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Internal Service and Order Processing specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position where you will take ownership of the entire procurement and sales process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement and scheduling of plastic compounds while balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide expert support and consultation to both our existing clients and new business prospects.
  • Oversee the complete order management cycle, which includes tracking shipments and preparing all necessary documentation like invoices and delivery notes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in commercial operations and a proactive approach to your work. We look for the following qualifications:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, such as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding specialist.
  • Proven experience in internal sales, ideally within the plastics or trading sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • A structured, independent working style with a strong focus on customer service.

Location

This role is based in Germany and requires an on-site presence.
