Summary: We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development across Portugal. You’ll lead sales initiatives, cultivate strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional results to support the upcoming Deposit Return System launch in early 2026. In this role, you'll report to the Business Development Manager Portugal, and act as both hunter and trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a proactive sales plan targeting diverse retail segments across Portugal.

  • Identify and qualify high-value leads, deliver persuasive pitches, and close deals effectively.

  • Exceed or meet sales targets consistently to fuel company growth and market penetration.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, customer support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

  • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and roadblocks to the Business Development Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales—preferably within retail, equipment, or services sectors.

  • Ability to craft and present compelling, value-based propositions tailored to client needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Self-starter with a results-focused mindset and a structured approach to goal achievement.

  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

  • Valid driving license.
