At ONI, we are on a mission to change how the world sees biology. We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help us drive scientific breakthroughs across Europe.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on expanding our commercial reach in the life science sector. While you will be based remotely in Germany, specifically within reach of Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich, you will play a key role in our international growth. You will own the development of commercial opportunities, managing the sales of our capital equipment, consumables, and service contracts.

Your impact

  • Build and nurture lasting business relationships while actively identifying new prospects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel, from converting marketing leads to closing complex deals, while ensuring all interactions are tracked accurately in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with our Field Application Team to conduct high-impact product demonstrations and represent the voice of the customer to help shape our future product strategy.

What you'll need

We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a scientific environment. You should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Masters or PhD in a life science discipline, paired with at least five years of sales experience in the industry.
  • A proven track record of pitching and closing sales of scientific capital equipment valued at over €150,000.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to present complex, scientifically led solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in using CRM software, preferably Salesforce, to forecast sales and manage a pipeline.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to balance multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience with fluorescence microscopy is considered a significant plus.
