Diabolocom is a global leader in cloud-based contact center solutions, helping organizations build brand loyalty and drive revenue through proprietary AI technology. We serve over 350 clients across the globe, and we are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Paris to help us maintain our market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Utilize leads provided by our marketing team while proactively generating your own new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including responding to complex calls for tenders for enterprise-level accounts.
- Lead negotiations that cover technical, financial, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our presales, legal, product, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Represent the company at both local and international industry events and trade shows.
- Manage escalation processes when necessary to ensure prospect and client satisfaction.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in securing high-value new business within a tech environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-term sales cycles and calls for tenders independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to business audiences and produce concise written documentation.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- A resilient, agile mindset with a focus on innovative prospecting methods.
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
