Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Germany. You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, working within a high-energy SaaS scale-up that currently supports over 3,000 customers.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying new enterprise prospects in the German market to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for potential clients, utilizing a consultative approach to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solution adds value.
- Actively contribute to our market strategy by providing insights on competitive trends and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
What you'll need
- Approximately 8 to 10 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
- A hunter mentality with a strong drive to hit and exceed ambitious targets.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and a comfort level with using AI tools to work smarter and drive results.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
