About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will serve as a vital link between our cutting-edge technology and our customers' needs. You will evaluate business opportunities, ensure our solutions align with client requirements, and drive growth within our key accounts. Please note that this role requires up to 50 percent travel to attend customer meetings, industry trade shows, and occasional visits to our San Francisco headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer opportunities to determine how well they align with our current technology and long-term product roadmap.
  • Lead technical presentations, conduct site assessments, and create high-level system designs.
  • Build comprehensive ROI analyses, cost estimates, and persuasive business proposals to support strategic sales efforts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in robotics or logistics automation, specifically within engineering or technical sales.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering or technical field, though we will consider equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in system-level design and simulation, with a preference for experience using Visual Components software.
  • A strong grasp of material handling concepts and the intricacies of system integration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical insights for diverse audiences ranging from executive leadership to technical teams.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
