The role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Growth Team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who thrives on solving technical problems and helping clients see the value in our solutions. You will be a key player in our sales process, acting as a bridge between our prospective customers and our internal product teams.
Core responsibilities
- Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations that highlight how our platform addresses specific customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the Deal Team to develop account growth strategies and meet our collective revenue booking goals.
- Act as a vital link between sales and product teams by sharing customer feedback to help prioritize feature development and improve our market-facing materials.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in technical environments and a passion for team-based selling. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, project management, or sales analysis.
- A proven ability to master complex, configurable software systems and communicate their value to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in data management and a comfort level with using CRM tools to track deal insights and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support on-site presentations.
- Prior experience in the heavy civil construction industry is highly preferred.
Compensation and benefits
