We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a technical bridge between our clients and our internal teams, designing complex security architectures and guiding the deployment of our innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and propose comprehensive video solutions by integrating cameras, storage, analytics, and third-party systems to meet specific client needs.
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept deployments, and training sessions for partners and customers.
- Provide expert post-sales consultation regarding system scaling, integration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure project success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a customer-focused mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical capacity, such as a systems engineer, developer, or installer.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise video management systems and security infrastructure.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including IP routing, firewalls, and WAN/LAN configurations.
- Experience with cloud environments and hardware specifications for large-scale video projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Networking, Computing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English.
