What you bring
As a Mid-Level Sales Engineer, you will serve as a vital link between our technical offerings and our growing user base. This is a Full Time, Remote position that can be performed from Anywhere. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our products and the people who use them every day. Your core responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for both prospective and current clients.
- Collaborating closely with our Engineering and Support teams to guide users through technical integrations and implementations.
- Gathering user feedback and analyzing product metrics to drive meaningful improvements and product development.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in Computer Science, evidenced by a Bachelor’s degree in the field or a related discipline. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of relevant professional experience who have a deep, practical understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi. Because you will be interacting with a diverse global audience, you must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. We value individuals who demonstrate exceptional communication skills, as you will need to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Furthermore, you should be a proactive problem solver who enjoys working within a distributed team.
