About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Sales Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technical capabilities and our customers' needs, ensuring that we provide the best possible formwork solutions for their projects. You will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and maintaining the high standards our clients expect from us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Pakistan by creating tailored proposals that address specific project requirements.
  • Manage and grow both new and existing accounts by conducting thorough needs analysis and delivering value-based solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system and provide regular reports to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a deep understanding of our product line and the construction market. We value candidates who possess the following:

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales or technical role, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
  • Strong proficiency in proposal writing, needs analysis, and maintaining detailed CRM records.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to present complex technical arguments clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset focused on meeting sales targets and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Location

This position is based in Pakistan. As part of our commitment to flexibility, this role is remote, though it will require regular outreach and visits to project sites and client offices.
