What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Sales Engineer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a high-impact position for someone with significant experience who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business value. You will be a vital part of our sales cycle, ensuring that our clients understand the full potential of our platform.
What will you do?
- You will lead discovery meetings to analyze business needs and document requirements, ensuring that our proposed solutions align perfectly with what our customers need to succeed.
- You will conduct hands-on demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and presentations that highlight the functional advantages of Superblocks, guiding prospects from the initial demo through to proof of concept and final implementation.
- You will act as a bridge between our customers and our internal teams, collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to refine our offerings based on real-world feedback.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering or a related technical field, along with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. You must be comfortable speaking English fluently and have the ability to explain complex digital transformation and cloud concepts to a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proven history of either developing software personally or working in a highly technical capacity alongside engineering teams.
- Can effectively translate customer needs into actionable insights for our product and leadership teams.
- Is comfortable providing in-person technical demonstrations at trade shows or directly at client sites.
- Stays curious and keeps up to date with the latest shifts in the technology landscape.
