The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. In this full-time, on-site role, you will act as a vital link between our product development team and our customers. Your primary mission is to drive sales growth by providing deep technical expertise, guiding clients through solution discussions, and ensuring our products are perfectly aligned with the evolving needs of the market. You will work closely with our Sales, Business Development, and Account teams to turn technical possibilities into tangible business outcomes.
A day in the life
- You will lead engaging product demonstrations and technical discussions to help clients understand the full value of our platform.
- You will create and refine technical documentation, such as user manuals and product specifications, to ensure our clients have the resources they need to succeed.
- You will act as the voice of the customer by conducting market research and collaborating with our product teams to prioritize new features and improvements based on real-world feedback.
Who you are
You are a highly skilled professional with a passion for technology and a talent for communication. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following to the table:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar function, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
- A solid grasp of telecom domain concepts and a natural ability to explain complex technical ideas in simple, clear terms.
- Proven success in delivering high-impact product presentations and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset for solving problems.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel when necessary to support our business objectives.
