Spin.AI is a Palo Alto and Los Angeles based company dedicated to protecting enterprises from SaaS ransomware, data leaks, and compliance risks. We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and help over 1,500 global organizations secure their mission-critical cloud platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical demonstrations of the SpinOne platform to highlight our security capabilities for prospective clients.
- Design and execute Proofs of Concept to validate how our solutions solve specific customer security challenges.
- Manage the customer onboarding process by utilizing structured checklists to ensure a smooth transition.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both prospects and existing customers.
- Act as a bridge between our users and the product team by gathering feedback and documenting unique use cases to drive platform improvements.
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge base content to support ongoing security policy management.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in SaaS ecosystems and core cybersecurity principles.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities and customer onboarding.
- Strong ability to create custom security policies and conduct effective technical presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A track record of gathering and analyzing customer requirements to inform product development.
Benefits
The compensation for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000 OTE.
