We are currently seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our team and help drive the security revolution.
Key outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our product ecosystem and technology.
- Partner with sales representatives to develop strategies that meet target quotas.
- Build technical credibility with prospective clients to advance sales opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and enhance their security posture.
- Design and execute successful Proofs of Concept.
- Provide feedback to our engineering and marketing teams regarding evolving market requirements.
- Contribute to the development of solutions for new target markets and industries.
- Enhance the customer experience through workshops, industry conferences, and technical documentation.
- Support the fast-paced, innovative nature of our company while contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- Proficiency in configuring and installing enterprise technologies, including network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications, and various operating systems like Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Solid understanding of security technologies and protocols, such as IAM, Single Sign-On, VPN, and authentication standards like OATH, SAML, OpenID, PIV, and FIDO.
- Strong project management capabilities and excellent business communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Availability for 20% to 40% travel.

- Ideally, you are located in or near Chicago or Atlanta.
