As a team of over 1,800 employees, we pioneer growth and engagement solutions that help our clients thrive, and we are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Content Strategist to join our marketing department in a 100% remote capacity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that directly supports our sales enablement efforts and drives revenue.
- Collaborate with practice marketing managers and creative staff to produce high-quality, B2B-focused materials.
- Manage and maintain the integrity of our sales enablement platform, Seismic, ensuring consistency and scalability across our content library.
- Apply storytelling expertise to create informative and engaging content that resonates with technical audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategy.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messaging.
- Drive innovation by identifying new content formats and establishing best practices for the creative team.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the technology, software, or customer experience sectors.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create effective sales enablement materials for B2B sales teams.
- Expertise in AP style and high editorial standards.
- Hands-on experience managing a robust content management system, such as Seismic.
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to influence peers and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to pitch ideas and provide creative direction to technical experts.
Nice-to-haves
- Specific experience working within the IT services industry.
- Prior experience working in close partnership with Sales and Marketing teams in a B2B environment.
