The role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for attacking your assigned territory, fostering lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales cycle management. We need a leader who can command knowledge with humility and maintain a growth-oriented mindset in our niche industry.
Core responsibilities
- Generate profitable revenue by selling our full suite of professional services, including advisory, digital marketing, AI enablement, and commerce platform implementation.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales process, from initial pipeline building and cold calling to lead qualification and high-impact pitching.
- Develop and maintain strong channel partnerships, working closely with field representatives to co-sell and secure joint sales pursuits.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a master at driving a sales cycle that builds genuine rapport, creates value, and effectively overcomes objections. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Proven experience in sales cycle management, pipeline building, and cold calling.
- Strong networking capabilities and the confidence to lead complex sales conversations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to document progress and track sales status.
- Deep familiarity with digital marketing, technology services, and AI-driven solutions.
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to influence internal teams and optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Fluency in English.
