Role at a glance
We are seeking a Sales Director to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a lead-level position based in the United States, where you will report directly to the VP of Sales for the AMER region. You will balance high-level team management with hands-on sales execution to drive growth across our live events, film, and broadcast verticals.
Your impact
- Lead and inspire a team of sales managers and executives while maintaining your own personal quota for high-value business cycles.
- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to expand our footprint among major studio operators, integrators, and entertainment brands.
- Represent Disguise as a subject matter expert at industry events, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our innovative technology.
What you'll need
We are looking for a candidate who combines deep industry expertise with a passion for high-stakes B2B sales. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within live events, broadcast, or AV technology.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- A proven track record of closing complex, technical deals ranging from $100K to over $1M.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Clari for accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Strong skills in negotiation, public speaking, and delivering high-impact presentations to executive stakeholders.
- A winning mindset characterized by resilience, attention to detail, and a collaborative, ego-free approach.
