What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a revenue-generating individual contributor, leveraging your extensive network to drive growth and position our marketing solutions. You will be responsible for the following:

• Proactively identifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and client calls to contract finalization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategic influencer and content marketing campaigns that align with our clients' goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in advertising, media sales, or marketing professional services. You should possess deep expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot, along with a strong understanding of marketing automation and the influencer landscape. We require a candidate who holds a BA or BS degree and demonstrates high emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, and a contagious positive attitude. You must be fluent in English and comfortable navigating complex relationships with stakeholders ranging from agency partners to C-level executives.

What we offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, supplemented by a sales incentive plan. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and professional growth, and includes:
