We are looking for a visionary Sales Director to join our team and drive the expansion of our SAP solutions portfolio across the APAC region. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on leading our SAP sales initiatives. While our roots are in Germany, this role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, offering you the flexibility to drive growth from your own environment. You will be at the forefront of our regional strategy, managing complex sales cycles and building lasting partnerships with executive stakeholders.
Your impact
- Spearhead the end-to-end sales lifecycle for our SAP products and services, from initial prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Create and execute high-impact strategic sales plans that align with our regional business objectives and growth targets.
- Partner with our internal pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored, compelling value propositions for our clients.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 2 years specifically dedicated to SAP solutions.
- A deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors, and Ariba.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build rapport with senior executives.
- Fluency in English, with Mandarin language skills considered a distinct advantage.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in the enterprise market.
- A collaborative mindset, as you will be leading initiatives and working closely with a team of passionate consultants.
