What We Do 
Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions across four main pillars:
1. Data Feeds: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the digital asset markets.
2. Analytics: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols, giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
3. Monitoring: Market-level solutions enabling oversight of DeFi markets, CeFi markets, and blockchain-level details like trades, transactions, and supply.
4. Kaiko Indices: Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under European Union Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR) regulation.
Our dedicated research arm, Kaiko Research, produces publications read by thousands of industry professionals and cited in the world’s leading media organizations. It provides original insights and in-depth analysis on crypto markets using Kaiko’s data and products.

About The Role
Based in Paris, you'll execute Kaiko's EMEA GTM strategy with primary focus on DACH, Nordics, Netherlands, and Eastern Europe (subject to market evolution). You'll drive revenue growth, lead complex sales cycles, and mentor the team.
Missions & Responsibilities
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting
Meet and exceed ARR booking quotas; close complex deals with financial institutions
Execute territory sales strategies and drive accurate revenue forecasts
Participate in regional events and develop an extensive partner network
Collaborate with global sales, product, engineering, and legal teams
Mentor junior team members and lead by example
Must haves
Deep understanding of financial market data and use cases across buy-side, sell-side, and infrastructure clients—both crypto-native and traditional financial institutions
Proven track record selling to financial institutions with strong pattern recognition in this space
Background in traditional finance markets (rates, indices, risk management, volatility, order-book data, etc.)
Understanding of decentralized finance and blockchain technology
Excellent commercial and strategic skills with ability to build C-level relationships
Fluent English + French OR German (written and spoken)
