We support over 1 million properties and handle more than 3.5 million work orders every year by connecting investors and property managers with a network of over 30,000 qualified vendors. As a venture-backed company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago, we are looking for a driven Sales Director to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth across key sectors like retail, healthcare, and logistics.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage and grow existing account relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across our core market segments.
- You will own the entire sales cycle by developing a 4X rolling annual pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and consistently meeting or exceeding your annual sales quotas.
- You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, positioning our value proposition to C-suite executives and procurement leaders to drive both organic growth and new service implementations.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years focused on complex sales to executives within large organizations, preferably in the technology or facility services sectors.
- Deep proficiency in business development processes and sales pipeline management, with hands-on experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.
- A solid understanding of modern sales methodologies and the ability to leverage data to refine your selling strategies.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
