We are currently expanding our remote sales team to help drive the growth of our GoLinks Suite, a platform dedicated to unlocking productivity for teams everywhere. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in the early stages of our sales cycle by identifying new opportunities and helping us build a robust pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Account Executives to qualify leads and generate a consistent pipeline of demos through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Execute high-quality prospecting campaigns using LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to secure meetings with target accounts.
  • Research potential clients to provide valuable insights that help our sales and marketing teams refine their strategies.
  • Ensure every prospect has a positive and professional experience while learning about the benefits of GoLinks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of your outreach messaging to continuously improve your results.
  • Represent our brand at various virtual and in-person industry events to expand our network and generate new leads.

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting, including a track record of success with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey value clearly across written, verbal, and virtual channels.
  • A high level of adaptability and a genuine curiosity for learning new sales technologies and methodologies.
  • A resilient, results-driven mindset that keeps you motivated and productive while working in a remote environment.
  • A strong desire to grow your career within a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Residency within the United States.

Benefits

The annual base salary for this position is $45,000 USD, with uncapped commission potential bringing on-target earnings to $65,000 USD.
