The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our branch team. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of Simplicate in the market, acting as the vital first point of contact for entrepreneurs and agency leaders. You will work closely with an Account Executive and a Customer Success Manager to develop strategic plans for your target audience. Your primary goal is to manage the top of our sales funnel by identifying potential clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying leads. By uncovering their unique business challenges, you provide the essential insights our Account Executives need to build lasting partnerships. This is a foundational role where your expertise and judgment directly shape the future of our customer relationships.

A day in the life

  • Engage with prospective clients to analyze their business operations and provide advice based on industry best practices.
  • Execute a structured qualification process to map out the core challenges of potential customers and determine how our vision aligns with their needs.
  • Collaborate with your sales team to convert high-quality leads into actionable sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition for the Account Executive.

  • An HBO or WO level of working and thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade others with enthusiasm and grit.
  • A natural ability to build connections and a refusal to let a closed door stop you from finding new opportunities.
  • Fluency in Dutch, as you will be communicating directly with our clients.
