Our team uses artificial intelligence to analyze vast amounts of price data, allowing construction firms to generate precise bids while saving time and money. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Sales Development Representative to help us continue our growth and impact.
What you'll be doing
- You will actively identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within the construction sector.
- You will manage the initial outreach process, which includes making cold calls and sending emails to introduce our platform and spark interest.
- You will qualify leads by assessing their specific needs and documenting all interactions and progress within Salesforce.
What you'll bring
- You have prior experience in acquisition and sales, ideally with a focus on B2B sales.
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to persuade others, both in writing and through verbal conversation.
- You are highly goal-oriented and driven to take ownership of your personal success.
- You are eager to contribute your own ideas to help the team improve and reach new heights.
- You are fluent in German, and your ability to communicate in English is a significant advantage.
