The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will act as the primary engine behind our initial outreach efforts. You will be responsible for diving into leads, nurturing new prospects, and setting the stage for significant business growth. Reporting directly to our SDR Team Leader, you will work alongside a passionate group of professionals who are actively revolutionizing the property industry. A day in the life
- You will proactively contact potential clients through a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust pipeline.
- You will qualify leads from our various campaigns, with a specific focus on engaging Directly Authorised and Club Mortgage Brokers.
- You will act as a consultant to identify client needs, present our unique value proposition, and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and our senior sales team members.
Who you are
You are a driven professional with a passion for sales and a resilient mindset. You have a solid grasp of modern sales techniques, including cold calling and effective prospecting. We are looking for someone who communicates with clarity and negotiates with confidence. While not strictly required, familiarity with CRM software and an understanding of the property technology landscape will certainly set you apart. You should be comfortable delivering engaging presentations and possess the focus needed to meet your targets within our opportunity funnel. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
