The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to serve as the vital first point of contact in our sales cycle. You will play a key role in driving our revenue and membership growth by identifying new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for qualifying leads and booking high-value meetings for our commercial team. You will be the bridge between our innovative genomic solutions and the employers, brokers, and health plans that need them most.
A day in the life
- You will proactively identify and engage potential partners through a mix of cold calling, strategic email outreach, social networking, and conference participation.
- You will manage your sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring every interaction is documented and that you are effectively qualifying leads based on budget, authority, and timing.
- You will collaborate closely with our internal clinical resources and medical directors to craft compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
Who you are
You are a high-performing sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in the healthcare or employee benefits sector. You possess a bachelor’s degree and have a proven ability to build strong relationships with brokers and industry partners. You are comfortable using AI tools to research key customers and have a sharp analytical mind that allows you to create data-driven business cases. Because you will be representing our mission, you must have excellent public speaking and presentation skills, along with the ability to travel up to 30% of the time. You are fluent in English and ready to work in a collaborative environment where sharing success is part of our culture.
