We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us expand our reach in North America. At Worksome, we provide a platform that helps companies hire, manage, and pay their external workforce, making flexible work more productive and rewarding for everyone. Founded in Denmark in 2017, we operate from offices in Copenhagen, London, and New York, and we are growing fast-recognized as a category leader and already profitable while serving over 350 enterprises.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage decision-makers at enterprise accounts across industries such as HR, Procurement, and Talent Acquisition, running high-volume outbound campaigns and following up on every lead to secure meetings.
- Collaborate directly with our CEO, CMO, and SVP Sales to shape the SDR process from the ground up, including building sequences, refining our ideal customer profile, and designing qualification and handoff frameworks.
- Leverage and enhance our tech stack-Apollo, HubSpot, n8n, and Claude-to automate list enrichment, signal scoring, and personalized outreach, creating workflows that increase meeting volume and efficiency.
What you'll bring
You bring at least two years of enterprise SaaS outbound sales experience, with a track record of quota attainment, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. Experience selling into HR, Procurement, or Talent functions is a plus, as is background in related areas like HR tech or payroll, but what matters most is your results and drive. You are comfortable working remotely and are fluent in English. You are an AI-native professional who has built agents or automated workflows in tools like n8n or Make, and you use AI daily to research, qualify, and personalize at scale. You are proactive, low-ego, and eager to be the first SDR on the ground-someone who wants to shape and eventually lead the function as we grow.
What you'll get
We offer a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 OTE, uncapped with accelerators above 100 percent, plus equity compensation. Additional benefits include remote work and medical insurance. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced leaders from companies like Workday and SAP, receive direct mentorship, and play a foundational role in building our North American sales team-with a clear path toward leading the SDR function or advancing into account executive or sales leadership positions.
