What is this role?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Florida. This role is perfect for a student or someone early in their career who is eager to learn. You will have the unique opportunity to receive direct mentorship from industry-leading sales experts who have successfully scaled global companies.
What will you do?
- Identify and engage potential new clients through creative outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Evaluate the needs of prospective businesses to determine how our financial solutions can best support their specific goals.
- Manage your daily progress and track key performance indicators using Salesforce and other essential CRM tools.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who is resilient, goal-oriented, and ready to learn. While previous experience in sales or lead generation is a nice bonus, it is not required. You should have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with others. Familiarity with CRM software is helpful, but your passion for professional growth and your drive to succeed are what matter most.
